The properties presented on this site are located in Spain and their purchase is governed by Spanish law. Liability

Governing law and jurisdiction

Relations arising in connection with the use of this site are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes arising from or connected with use of the site fall to the courts of the Czech Republic according to the operator's registered office in Znojmo, unless a consumer is granted a different jurisdiction by law.
