Purpose

The operator responsible for this website makes this document available to users in order to meet the information duties under Act No. 480/2004 Coll. and the Civil Code, and to inform all users of the terms on which the site may be used.

Anyone using this website takes on the role of user and undertakes to observe this notice and all other applicable legislation.

The operator reserves the right to change the information on the site without notifying users in advance; publication of the change on the website is considered sufficient.

The nature of the listings

The properties presented on this site are located in Spain and their purchase is governed by Spanish law. Details of a property — in particular areas, prices, layouts and completion dates — come from owners, developers and partner agencies and are indicative; only the figures stated in the reservation and purchase contracts are binding.

Presenting a property on this site is not an offer to conclude a contract within the meaning of Section 1732 of the Civil Code. Availability is confirmed on request.

Liability

The operator accepts no liability arising from information published on the site where that information has been altered or inserted by a third party over which the operator has no control.

The site may link to third-party content. Because the operator cannot always check content placed by third parties, it accepts no liability for it. The operator undertakes in any case to remove without delay any content that might breach legislation, good morals or public order, and to notify the competent authorities.

The site has been checked and tested for correct operation. In principle we guarantee it is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. The operator does not, however, rule out programming errors, force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances making the site unreachable.

Intellectual property

The website — including its programming, editing, compilation and the other elements needed for it to function, as well as the graphic design, logos, texts and photographs — is the property of the operator or is used under licence or with the authors' express consent. The content is protected by Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act.

Reproducing, using, distributing or commercially exploiting the content in whole or in part requires the operator's prior written consent, whatever the intended purpose.

Designs, logos, texts and photographs that do not belong to the operator and may appear on the site are the property of their owners, who bear responsibility for any dispute over them.

Any comment concerning a possible infringement of intellectual property rights, or concerning the content of the site, may be sent to info@domyspanelsko.cz.

Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes

A user who is a consumer has the right to out-of-court settlement of a dispute arising from a contract with the operator. The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, https://adr.coi.cz. The online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr may also be used.

Governing law and jurisdiction

Relations arising in connection with the use of this site are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes arising from or connected with use of the site fall to the courts of the Czech Republic according to the operator's registered office in Znojmo, unless a consumer is granted a different jurisdiction by law.
