Altea Sense

Altea Sense is twenty sea-front apartments in Altea, in the province of Alicante. They sit in two blocks, A and B, on the ground floor and three storeys above it. The apartments have two or three bedrooms, a built area of 116.11 to 179.75 m² and an interior usable area of 105.77 to 162.37 m².

Every apartment comes with a terrace of 36.43 to 137.66 m², two garage spaces and a storage room. The ground-floor apartments add a garden of 70.24 to 436.24 m², and those on the third floor a roof terrace of 90.24 to 125.48 m².

The project's technical specification gives the development a shared saltwater pool and spa, a gym, a kids club, a social club and gardens; the top-floor apartments have their own pool on the roof terrace and a solarium with a pergola. Inside there is underfloor heating with an air-source heat pump for hot water, ducted air conditioning, control of lighting, blinds and temperature, a colour video intercom and a fully fitted kitchen with appliances. There is a guardhouse at the pedestrian entrance and each apartment has a security entrance door.

The project is under construction. Prices begin at €1,330,000 excluding VAT and come from the official price list of 24 February 2026, which by its own wording stands until a new one is issued.
