Buganvilla Apartments is the newest apartment development inside the Las Colinas Golf & Country Club resort near Orihuela, in the province of Alicante. Three low blocks set into the hillside hold 28 apartments in total, with two or three bedrooms and roughly 105 to 150 m² of living space.

Every apartment has a terrace — from 36 m² up to 133 m² on the ground floor, where some units also have a garden of their own. The top-floor apartments are penthouses with a generous terrace. The development has a shared pool and gardens.

The project is selling sobre plano — off plan, before construction starts. Prices begin at €480,000, VAT not included.
