Dunara Resort

Dunara Resort stands in Guardamar del Segura, in the south of the province of Alicante, near the mouth of the river Segura. Guardamar has more than twelve kilometres of sandy beach backed by dunes and pine forest; Alicante–Elche airport is around half an hour away and Torrevieja under fifteen minutes.

The development is two buildings of 31 apartments each, 62 in total. Every apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms — there is no other layout in the project. Air conditioning for both cooling and heating is included, as is a fully fitted kitchen: induction hob, extractor, oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Floors and bathrooms are porcelain stoneware, with three finishes to choose from.

The shared areas are a gated site with video surveillance, lifts, planted grounds with LED lighting, two pools (one for adults and one for children), a gym, a sauna, a spa, a yoga and stretching area, a coworking room and a social club. A garage space and a storage room are bought separately and are not part of the apartment price. The project's energy certificate, issued for one of the two buildings, states class A.
