Njoy Shore I is the first phase of Njoy Shore: thirty terraced villas in El Campello, in the province of Alicante. The developer's specification places them on the front line of Amerador beach. Every villa has three bedrooms and either two bathrooms and a guest toilet or three bathrooms. Interior usable area runs from 92.94 to 198.93 m², and the private gardens from 12 to 140 m².

The specification gives the development an infinity pool with a sea view and a swimming lane, with saltwater chlorination and night lighting, a heated hot tub, a pool deck with loungers and showers, an outdoor calisthenics gym, a pickleball and multi-sport court, a viewing deck, a pond with water jets and landscaped gardens. The entrances to the complex, the pool and the garage open with an electronic key, and there is a parcel locker for online shopping.

Every villa has a roof solarium reached by an internal staircase, prepared for a hot tub, a barbecue, a sink and a fridge. The villas have ducted air conditioning for heating and cooling on the ground and first floor, and an air-source heat pump for hot water. The kitchen comes with an induction hob, an extractor hood, an oven and a microwave; the fridge and the dishwasher are offered at extra cost. Parking is at ground level or in a basement depending on the house type, prepared for electric-vehicle charging. Buyers choose the floors, tiles, kitchen, doors and wall colour from three options each at no extra cost.

The building licence is being processed, and the developer estimates handover for December 2028.
