Njoy Shore II

Njoy Shore II is the second phase of Njoy Shore: nineteen terraced houses in El Campello, in the province of Alicante, on a separate plot close to the first phase. The developer's specification places them on the front line of the Cala del Llop Marí cove. The houses have three or four bedrooms and either two bathrooms and a guest toilet or three bathrooms. Interior usable area runs from 118.81 to 195.14 m², and the private gardens from 17 to 125 m².

The specification gives the development an infinity pool with a sea view, large enough to swim in, with saltwater chlorination and night lighting, a heated hot tub, a pool deck with loungers and showers, an outdoor gym, a viewing deck and landscaped gardens. The entrances to the complex, the pool and the garage open with an electronic key, and there is a parcel locker for online shopping.

Every house has a solarium prepared for a hot tub, and parking in the basement garage — an enclosed garage for most types and an open space for some — prepared for electric-vehicle charging. The houses have ducted air conditioning for heating and cooling on the ground and first floor, and an air-source heat pump for hot water. The kitchen comes with an induction hob, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. Some house types can add a private pool in the front garden at extra cost. Buyers choose the floors, tiles, kitchen, doors and wall colour from three options each at no extra cost.

The building licence is being processed, and the developer estimates handover for June 2029. Prices begin at €585,000 excluding VAT and come from the launch price list of 2 October 2026; the developer confirms each price before a reservation.
