Palmwave

Palmwave is the apartment part of El Valle Residences, in El Valle Golf Resort south of the city of Murcia. Its two five-storey blocks hold 38 apartments, each with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a built area from 83.30 to 112.42 m².

Every apartment has a terrace of 12.16 to 137.47 m² — the largest on the ground floor, where the terrace comes with a garden. The top-floor apartments also have a private solarium of 70.69 to 91.05 m². Block I faces south-west and block II south-east, and the visualisation of block II shows a pool and garden in front of the building. A garage space and a storage room are included in the price of every apartment.

The project is under construction, and the developer gives the second quarter of 2028 for handover. Prices of the available apartments start at €299,000, and the most expensive, on the top floor, is €588,000. The figures come from the developer's price list of 29 September 2026, which does not say whether the prices include VAT — we will gladly confirm it for you.
