Six Nature is six villas of El Valle Residences, in El Valle Golf Resort south of the city of Murcia. The site plan in the price list sets them in one row right beside the golf course, facing south-west.
Every villa has two storeys, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private pool. Plots run from 169.58 to 250.60 m², the built area from 117.66 to 119.59 m² and the terraces from 48.64 to 58.15 m². A garage space, an outdoor parking space and a storage room are included in the price of every villa.
The project is under construction. The developer gives the second quarter of 2027 for handover of three villas and the third quarter of 2027 for two more. Prices of the available villas start at €640,000, and the highest, €750,000, is for the villa with the largest plot and pool. The figures come from the developer's price list of 29 September 2026, which does not say whether the prices include VAT — we will gladly confirm it for you.
