SOHO Guardamar is a new apartment building in Guardamar del Segura, in the south of the province of Alicante. The beach is three minutes away, Alicante–Elche airport around twenty-five minutes, Elche fifteen and Alicante half an hour.

The building holds 33 apartments, seven of them penthouses. Most have two bedrooms and two bathrooms; six have three bedrooms and one has a single bedroom. Areas run from 61.16 m² on the smallest ground-floor apartments to 193 m² on the largest penthouse. The development is built around generous terraces.

The shared areas are a pool with a chill-out zone, a coworking room and a gym. The building has 33 parking spaces and 33 storage rooms; some apartments already have theirs assigned, and for the rest they are bought separately.
