Vall del Portet

Vall del Portet is sixteen detached family homes in the municipality of Benitachell, in the province of Alicante, a short drive from Moraira. They stand on a slope above the coast and face the sea.

The developer supplied the floor plan of one of the house types. It has three levels: a garage for two cars, a hall and a covered entrance on the lowest level, a living room open to the kitchen, a bedroom with its own bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry room, an interior garden, a covered terrace and a private pool on the ground floor, and two bedrooms with dressing rooms, two bathrooms and a terrace — partly covered — above. The plan describes two of the sixteen houses and says nothing about the rest.

The visualisations show full-height glazing between the living space and the terrace, an outdoor grill beside the pool, and parking at the entrance.
