I sell property on the Spanish coast — new builds and resale alike. I pick from both markets according to what makes sense for you, not according to which one happens to be moving faster.

But a purchase is everything that follows it, too. I arrange the lawyer who takes you through the notary and the utility transfers, I have the apartment furnished, and I can bring your car over to Spain.

It means one telephone number instead of five, and one person answerable for the outcome — from the first viewing to the day you unlock your own door for the first time.

  • Finding the property

    We take you through what is available on the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol, and we do not stop at what is published — we search to your requirements, your budget and how you actually intend to use the place.

  • The viewing trip

    We help organise the trip itself: booking flights, choosing where to stay, and getting to know the area. For golfers we arrange rounds on the local courses. We are glad to fly out with you and view the property together.

  • Financing and mortgage

    We arrange financing including a Spanish mortgage, and work with a mortgage specialist who assesses your position before you commit to anything.

  • Legal work

    We bring in the professionals a purchase needs — lawyer, notary and surveyor — and take you through the reservation contract, the notarial deed and the land-registry entry.

  • After the keys

    Where it is wanted we look after management and letting, arrange insurance, set up the utility contracts and handle everything else involved in getting a new property running and cared for.
